I like this look I have a similar dress. But for a celebrity it might be a little cheap my dress is from Guess and if I were a celeb I would not be walking the red carpet in something so common. Like the shoes, belt looks cheap. Overall she looks good, she's in nice shape.

I say semi hit, dress and shoes are cute. You can tell she has been hitting the gym. But her Hair is a NO NO, when u have a slightly large forehead u can not have your hair pulled back.
