It looks like Jen won’t be letting this slap thing die any time soon. It seems that after the airing of the slap that initially happened back in January, Jen is looking to sue Nia. Keep in mind, Jen DID file a police report back in January but according to Nia in our recent interview, nothing came of it. It looks like Jen has followed up with a civil suit in New York claiming she suffered “mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma” and other serious injuries including whiplash. This is too much!
