Burglars Who Robbed Paul George Sentenced To 14 Years

While the Indiana Pacers were on the road last year during the play off season, Paul George’s home was being burglarizedDuring Game 5 against the Atlanta Hawks last April, someone broke into Paul George’s home, stealing $15k worth of jewelry and shoes,  including an NBA platinum All-Star ring, a $700 watch,  a pair Air Jordan 4 “Toro” sneakers and $20 in cash.  43 year old Michael Lewis was sentenced to 14 years in prison and two years of work release for that crime.

Investigators say that there was no sign of force entry and that George, who lives in a gated community, did not enable his alarm system that day. I hope it this was all worth it. 14 years for stealing a watch, some Jordans and $20 hardly seems like the life a 43 year old man should want to live.
