Chris Brown Fights For Paternity Rights

All is not well in Daddy Land for Chris Brown. According to reports,  Chris isn’t here for his baby mama’s unrealistic child support demands, so he’s taking legal action.

According to TMZ, Nia Guzman is demanding $15k a month for she and Chris’ 1 year old daughter, Royalty. Chris has been voluntarily paying $2,500 a month, which he thinks is fair. He’s filed legal docs in Houston, where Nia lives, to establish paternity and give him the right to fight Nia over support and custody.

Chris is confident that a judge will rule that the cost of support would be closer to his amount than Nia’s. He also wants a judge to establish clear visitation guidelines because Nia has been denying him the right to see Royalty.
