Derek Fisher To Become Knicks Head Coach

Fresh off his playoff run with the OKC Thunder, it has been announced that Derek Fisher is in the process of finalizing a 5-year, $25 million deal to become head coach of the New York Knicks. This deal will serve as a reunion of sorts, bringing the five time NBA championship winner and his former coach (now Knicks President), Phil Jackson, back together once again.

The ink isn’t dry just yet, however. Fisher is expected to sign the contract very soon.

This is a great look for Fish!
