This is such b*******! I have absolutely no respect for D Wade for this s***. My mother went through a nasty divorce with my stepdad and he tried things similar to this. My stepdad had nowhere near as much money as Dwade but made my mothers life hell my mother fought her ass off and went bankrupt in the process. The worst part is the damage it had on my brother who was caught in the middle. The b******* about she can't talkt o the kids about it or she will be arrested to me says he is probably brainwashing those kids. My heart breaks for her!

@OLDSPICE this is the American Justice system where the sense that matters the most is DOLLARS & CENTS... you would be surprised at what goes on in divorce/custody cases where the people have $$$$$.

I was going to come in here and defend her all the way..since I am living this first hand thru my godson I can't. I see the effect it is already having on the little man uncontrolled crying and tantrums because he sees his mother screaming and cursing his dad out half the time. Its exhausting for me as the godmother and can only imagine how it is for him being bounced around from parent to parent. Granted behind every "crazy baby mama" there is a jerk of a father but at what point as women do you hold it together that way it doesn't affect the kid..excuse my rant but I just spent the past two days with my godson who is 14m and he won't stop crying.

I get your point Bonita, but we really don't know her side of it...

I had a crazy thought today, and this ruling kinda makes me think I'm right...

Is it possible that DWade is doing ALL of this to get her back in Florida, and then eventually try to get her back??? I mean after all, he never left his wife... I think her leaving him embarrassed the f*** outta him & he didn't know how to handle it... I think he at some point (if not still) wanted her back,and his horrible antics are his due to that...
