Eva Marcille Gets Full Custody Of Daughter Marley Rae

Eva Marcille and Kevin Mccall were involved in a domestic dispute weeks ago, where a restraining order was issued against Mccall. While it seemed like everything was back to normal, apparently it was not.

Earlier this month Eva called the cops after Eva says Kevin violently kicked down 4 doors in their home and tried to snatch their 2 month old from her arms. The judge issued Kevin to stay 100 yards from Eva and the baby and has now ordered Eva be given full custody. The judge has also denied Kevin any visitation.

A rep for Eva says, “It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”
