hey Skytz...and I agree...her statements aren't what I was expecting. Something about all this is starting to seem just "odd". She seems really forgiving towards someone she "claims" she hasn't been in contact with...most people who did them wrong and publically embarass them have a real idgaf attitude. She shockingly doesn't not. Very out of character. EMPHASIS ON THE "CHARACTER" part!

Not necessarily @Miss Double Kiss, Rihanna and Chris Brown for example were right back together days later. Women react to abuse differently. Most women are very forgiving of their attacker. They'd be the one to bail him out of jail because they realize that "he isn't a bad person, he just made a bad decision". She isn't acting any different than most women who've been battered. Rihanna said the same things last week on Oprah.

the difference @Eleven8 is that Rihanna made her public "he needs help/I forgive him" plea 3 YEARS after the fact.

For Evelyn, it's only been like what? 3 WEEKS!!!

Rihanna has had ample time to process ALL her feelings about the situation. Pros and Cons of everyone's behavior.

Evelyn jumped on the media gravytrain as soon as it left the station. I'm really starting to second guess her intent and motives here. Is she doing this to raise awareness about battered women or just tell her story (the whole story) and bring to light her bad attitude and how it affected her short hollyweird marriage? How does her on camera bullying affect her "brand"? I just wonder. Chad is a known famewhore and she was attracted to that. In fact, she loved it herself. So is it safe to say she is loving all this media attention?

I think she is still talking to him. Most women in abusive situations don't walk away even after they are sure that it is in fact an abusive situation they are engaged in. Even if things are different, they still still "communicate." Honestly, to me, eve looks stressed, sad.....bad...she looks like she is gaining weight. I think this was a real situation she was not prepared for.
