Don't hint hint s*** to him. Straight up tell him, "look, I need (x-ammount) of dollars to pay this and that because I am trying to get my stuff together. Tell him you will give it back in p**** fee's like you have been doing. Otherwise tell him to where to go and how to get there. Don't let these guys fool you with that recession s***. Start calling him out on everything he doing extra that he could have done for you then revoke his p**** card for good until he get out of his personal recession.
