Saw him in Philadelphia last week. He was on a date. Looks even worse in person. The girl he was with was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. She was Spanish (though she could have been White because her skin was very pale), 5'4, about a hundred pounds, with dark brown hair that was extremely thin and only an inch or so past her shoulders. They both looked horrible. I believe he lives in that area (near 2nd st .and Chestnut st.) because they only walked a short distance before disappearing.
