Former Falcon John Abraham Accused Of Punching His Business Partner In The Face At A Strip Club

The strip club is a place of celebration, meditation and booty shakin — unless your John Abraham, formerly of the Atlanta Falcons, then it’s just a place to smack fire out of your business partner.

The charge stems from an incident that occurred at the Pink Pony strip club on February 28th. Abraham is wanted by Brookhaven police on a charge of misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching his business partner in the face and bloodying his nose. The victim, Vladmir Ako, and John Abraham used to be friends but had a falling out over finances a couple of years earlier. They remained partners in their beverage business. In the police report Ako says that he saw Abraham in the club and approached him to squash their beef and that’s when Abraham punched him in the face five times.

“Ako states that he never threatened Abraham nor did he ever touch Abraham; not even in self-defense,” the report said. According to Ako he waited 12 hours to report the incident because he feared that the bad publicity would hurt their company.

Police officers were not able to obtain surveillance footage until recently, which explains why these charges are being revisited. The photo above is from Abraham’s DUI arrest last year.
