Former San Francisco 49er Charged With Felony Abuse For Assaulting Ex-Boyfriend

Former offensive tackle for the 49ers and Raiders, Kwame Harris, was charged with felony abuse yesterday stemming from an August 21st altercation that took place between he and his ex-boyfriend at a restaurant in Menlo Park. Yes you read that right, HE and his ex BOYFRIEND. Kwame Harris is openly gay (now). Brown and the victim were previously involved, but not at the time of the incident. Sources say the incident stemmed from an argument over soy sauce. No seriously…Soy Sauce.

Kwame Harris and the victim, Dimitri Geier,  were having dinner at Su Hong restaurant before Harris was to drive Geier to San Francisco International Airport. During dinner, Geier poured soy sauce on a plate of rice, angering Harris. An argument began so Harris revoked his offer to take Geier to the airport. When the two went to get Geier’s belongings from Harris’ car, Harris accused Geier of stealing his underwear and tried pulling his pants down. At some point the struggle came to blows with Harris punching Geier in the face resulting in broken bones around Geier’s eye socket and a lead a metal plate being installed in his face. All over some soy sauce? Let us pray.

Harris claims Geier punched him first and it was in self defense. Either way he was found guilty and charged with Felony Abuse. Suit documents below.
