Hugs, Kisses & Knockouts: In Case You Missed Mayweather vs. Ortiz
What do you get when you mix an ass whooping, kisses, hugs and vulgar language? No, this isn't a description of Rihanna and Chris Brown's relationship, I'm referring to the Mayweather v. Ortiz fight last night. In case you missed it, the fight ended in a 4th Round KO that still managed to be entertaining. Between Larry Merchant telling Floyd "If I was 50 years younger, I'd kick your ass", the supposed sucker punch and Ortiz trying to hug it out, all I could think of is Where's the Pac-man fight though?

LOL at that picture! Dude looks bewildered. I mean, i agree with both sides of what people are saying. Ortiz shouldnt have headbutted him, that was coming from anger or saltiness that he was loosing or something. But then, I didnt think the round had officially started when Floyd hit him and I didnt think that would be the end of the fight. I thought he had to be on the ground for a while for it to be considered a knockout.
But peeps was saying "sheeeit, that's what he was supposed to do" referring to Floyd. When you get headbutted, you think Floyd was just gonna hug, touch gloves and go back to a regular fight?

I didnt know the fight had resumed either until Ortiz was on the ground. It happened sooo fast. I dont know all the rules of boxing, but Im guessing what he did was legal because some side line guy started counting as soon as Ortiz was down. I think the ref wasnt sure either, because he look towards the outside before he started counting. I think Mayweather was mad after the headbutt and was like Im bout to knock his ass out. Im can almost guarantee him and Pacquaio will fight in the next year

That ish was funny as hell! As long as they touched gloves before they resumed fighting, it was all good! I think Ortiz deserved what he got because he was butting Floyd in the head all night. Him cursing out Larry Merchant was wrong but long overdue.

im a boxing fanatic fa real and yeah that was TOTALLY LEGAL. Even before the bout starts the ref brings both boxers to the center of the ring and gives them instructions. Inside of those instructions he says PROTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES. lol...What didnt dude get?
