#IsThisYoThot Girl Suing 2 Chainz For $5 Million (VIDEO)

Back in March of 2014 a young lady named Tina found herself back stage at a 2 Chainz / August Alsina concert in hopes of linking up with 2 Chainz’ artist Cap 1. When 2 Chainz sees the strange girl backstage, he asks who she’s there to see. She says Cap and when 2 Chainz asks Cap if he knows her, he denies (though she later proves they did follow each other on Instagram). 2 Chainz then has a little fun with the girl, they ask her tons of questions, pretty much leading the girl (who didn’t seem like the brightest crayon in the box) to embarrass herself as the cell phone cameras rolled. Members of 2Chainz’ camp uploaded the video to Youtube and thus the trending topic #IsThisYoThot began.

Last year Tina, real name Christine Chisholm,  threatened to sue over the video (which has since been deleted). It appears she’s making good on her threat.  Chisholm filed a lawsuit in Mecklenburg County Superior Court in June against Tauheed Epps (2 Chainz) and Ro’Zay Richie (Cap 1). She claims the video has severely damaged the her reputation and has caused her to lose her job once it went viral. Christine Chisholm is seeking $5,000,000 for damages.

Here’s where it gets tricky, Tina was told in the video that not only was she being recorded, but that it was being put on Youtube and she did not seem to have a problem with it. In fact, she even shouted out her Instagram name and told people to follow her. She was also asked several times to leave by 2 Chainz and associates. That too can be heard in the video. Lastly, it’s going to be hard to prove that she lost her job because of 2 Chainz. There wasn’t anything going on in the video that would cause anyone to lose their job — UNLESS she was supposed to be at work at the time and didn’t come in. In that case, that’s totally her fault. I can see them possibly settling, just to appease her and get it over with, but not for $5 million. Sorry Tina!
