YASSSSSSSSSSS!!!! Finally! Someone gets it! If we want our children to do better we are going to have to open up new and better schools because the state and federal government officials have their collective heads to far up their corporate sponsor's azzes to realize that without a good education USA children will not be able to keep up with the world economy.  I'll keep an eye on this.
