Jason Kidd Heads To Court & Intends To Fight DWI Charges
Well J, you didn't think you were going to drunkenly run your Escalade into a pole and we would forget about it, did you?
Yesterday Jason Kidd made a brief appearance at the Southampton Town Justice Court in New York for his July 15th DWI incident that caused him to crash his 2010 Cadillac Escalade into a pole. No one was hurt, luckily for him, but police who responded said that Kidd was so intoxicated that he didn't even know that he had been involved in an accident. Edward Burke Jr., Kidd's attorney, now intends to fight the case insisting his client was not drunk.
Love to see how he plans to prove that.

@Old Spice Right...Like I bet the policeman has all of this on his videocam dashboard. Kidd should just go to jail and sober up!

Maybe the didnt give him a breath test, if this is the case, they will need serious evidence, because it would be his word against theirs.
