Just Like Shaunie Told You, Basketball Wives LA Fires 4 Cast Members
Shaunie hinted that the show was getting a makeover but here we thought she was going to write in a few more drink throwing scenes into the script. Instead, rumor has it that Shaunie has opted to drop 4 out of the 6 cast members. Before reading on, can you guess who?
If you guessed Gloria Govan, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo, and Brooke Bailey you guessed correctly. Looks like Shaunie is only keeping Draya and Jackie, then filling us up with something less boring.
That boredom factor may be to blame, in part, by the cast members reluctance to film the "reality" of their lives. That may have lead to their demise from the show.
According to TMZ
Sources connected to the show tell TMZ the producers are getting rid of Gloria, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo and Brooke Bailey because the wives, especially Gloria, weren't allowing "all of their reality to be filmed."
We're told the breaking point came when Gloria (who is known for her feisty ways) jetted off to Vegas to marry Barnes -- and didn't even let the show know about it. Our sources say the producers felt extremely disrespected by her actions and made the decision to clean house.
Our sources tell us the producers haven't told the wives they're getting fired yet, but are already looking for new women to fill their spots.
Good! I was over Gloria anyway and if Laura isn't going to show some of her and Gilbert's drama, I don't want to hear about it. All these chicks do is gossip about Jackie and sip drinks. I can do that without turning on my TV. We need something better or nothing at all.

Why don't they fill the cast with actual wives, or cancel the show altogether.
Draya ass needs to go to. She has no place on the show. Hoeing around the industry doesn't make you a wife.

Gloria, could disappear and I wouldn't ever notice.....Laura is a little more entertaining, but I really like Malaysia. Everybody can't be ignorant....she the only one that has good sense.
