I hate to sound insensitive...but they either must've been fighting over her possibly finding out he may be gay, or another woman's baby/abortion situation, possibly him being on steroids or hell all of the above. Usually how this goes.

But RIP to them both. Their families must be beyond shocked

I read somewhere that his girlfriend gave birth to their baby a few weeks ago, does anyone know if there is any truth to that? this entire situation is just sad.

So sad!  I saw that he became a father on Sept. 11.  I also saw that he shot himself in front of the head coach and the GM...not sure how true that is though.

Oh ok...I just read that he killed her in front of her mother and that they were arguing right before he shot her but other than that they have had no issues with violence before.
