Keyshia Cole was arrested Friday morning for allegedly storming in to her boyfriend Birdman’s home at 5am and beating up a woman she presumed to be his mistress. Though Keyshia did not immediately speak on the arrest, she did make it out of jail on time to make an appearance as a presenter at Saturday’s taping of the 2014 BET Hip Hop Award (airing Oct. 14). Birdman was also at the awards. Do you think they ran into each other?
Late Saturday night Keyshia posted a message to instagram saying, “Man love is a muthafucka”. She followed it with a post this morning saying “And finally you realize…you cant force it to be something. You can’t force consistency, loyalty or even honesty… You can’t force them to keep their word or to communicate, or to realize something special is in front of them. If that wasn’t enough, we’re finally getting some more information on the woman Keyshia allegedly had the altercation with. According to sources, the victim is a Cash Money employee by the name of
Sabrina Mercadel and she’s worked with him for over a decade. Sources say Mercadel was not alone with Birdman in his condo and that 4 others were also present. Mercadel says she’s known Birdman since they were young and she has no idea why Keyshia would think they were having sex because they certainly were not.
