Lark Voorhies married her third husband, Jimmy Green, in April 2015 after meeting him on Facebook. The two eloped in Vegas and ever since the wedding, Lark’s mother Patricia has not been here for Jimmy.
Patricia believes that Jimmy was bad for Lark and took advantage of her fragile mental/emotional state to use her for money. It was also pointed out that Jimmy was verbally abusive towards Lark and had a criminal past.
Six months later, Lark filed for a divorce from Jimmy Green. Now as of May 13, the divorce is final. According to court documents, Voorhies and Green were “restored to the status of single persons” as of May 6.
You may recall Voorhies ripped her estranged husband in an Instagram post back in November.
“To whom this may concern. I am single!,” the caption read. “Jimmy couldn’t fork up a dime for our divorce. There’s an active restraining order that he continues to violate. No sex tape even physically exists. Do you really think he could afford a camera? I gave him money multiple times and put minutes on his Obama phone. You better take a U-Turn on that bus. Everyone in Pasadena knows you’re a joke. Gang Member? You lost your job at Taco Bell. Your penis is NOTHING to brag about! Is it normal for a penis to smell like corn chips?”
She then claimed to be hacked, as she’s always done every time something sketchy was posted on her page. Either way, I’m sure both Lark and her mother are both happy to have this situation over with.
