In 2010, Former New York Giant, Lawrence Taylor, faced some very harsh allegations. A 16 year old girl claimed that she had been forced by a pimp to have sex with Taylor and that Taylor raped her. Taylor got away with 2 misdemeanors and was ordered to register as a sex offender. He was later sued by the accuser in 2012. Taylor’s 33 year old son apparently followed in his footsteps.
In 2013, Lawrence Taylor Jr. was arrested on 3 counts statutory rape, aggravated child molestation, and statutory aggravated sodomy after being accused of sexually assaulting two 13 year old girls and forcing himself on them and forcing them into oral sex on several occasions. Taylor took a plea deal just before his trial was set to start on Monday. He was sentenced to 30 years, but will be eligible for release in 10. One of the victims says that she is happy Taylor is off the streets, but wish he would have gotten more time. I wholeheartedly agree.
