I think I will add if you get into a agruement ALWAYS still cook for your man....one agruement doesn't mean you don't perform your duties that's childish, cause I know if I need something I expect my man to help even if he mad at me. In other words your responiblity doesn't change. I know a chick that needs to learn this big time..lol

I agree with this blog...Pick them wisely!! I "try to tell myself" this each time before I send a text and open my mouth to read it over five times and repeat in my head ten times to be sure!!! But the key phrase is "try to tell myself" LOL!!! I'm working on it damnit!!! I'm getting better at it though...

This is very important and something my father used to try and drill in my head when I was younger. It has made all of the difference in the world... not only is better for my relationship it is better for me. Because I am not as affected by the small things which is less stress!
