In her memoir LIes of a Real Housewife Angela dishes on her past life of abuse, crime and those who played roles in the two.  including Phaedra and Apollo.

Angela Stanton has gone through a rollercoaster ride of emotions watching folks get away with bad things while she served time in prison and they moved into a level of success. In her memoir Lies of a Real Housewife Stanton recounts being part of an illegal ring in which Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star Phaedra Parks allegedly mastermind. You can read bout that HERE.

You may remember her coming forward and speaking on Deion Sanders' relationship with her 19 year old daughter, but in 2013 Angela is kicking off her forgiveness and redemption season.

Stanton is shifting gears and taking her experiences penned in her memoir and using them to help others. Here she offers tips on how we can move past the hurt from those who did us dirty.

1. Forgive yourself first! Stuff happens and we can’t blame ourselves for letting people into our lives. It was a lesson learned, but don’t beat yourself up. The greatest among us has endured hurt and pain through the actions of another.
2. Look for the good that came out of the situation. For Angela, she now has a published book and a foundation Don't Ask Just Tell  where she can help others.
3. Have Faith. Believe that you deserve and will receive better.
4. Live well. The best way to move past the hurt that others have caused is to live well. Be happy. Be healthy. Good news travels
