Thank you Spice for underscoring that he was WALKING when they picked him up. I am not going to comment on his actions post being approached nor his $26K outstanding tickets, I am just really disturbed that he was approached while WALKING in Manhattan Beach. Was he stumbling drunk? Distubing the peace?  If not, then we all know what this is.  Trust I have had quite a few encounters with Manhattan Beach citizens, but I'm just a regular black chick so who cares, right?

First off, in L.A especially Manhattan Beach, if you see a black man he's on the wrong side of town. Those homes and beaches estates are worth so much money. Secondly the police probably took one look at him and thought he Mexican or something his mig looks crazy. Who wouldnt question that face?
