43 year old Mike Epps is being accused of punching a woman in the face while attending an after party for “A Haunted House 2” Wednesday night in LA. The incident took place at Lucky Strike Bowling alley in DTLA. Both epps and the alleged victim, Simone Shepherd, had attended the movie premiere earlier that evening. Shepherd, who is a comedian and actress, says that she has history with Epps. She claims that she used to ghostwrite for him and that they had been romantically involved at some point. At the after party, Shepherd and Epps’ wife got into a heated argument when Epps separated the two….and by separating them, we mean punched Simone in the face.
Mike Epps tells a different story. He says that he does not know Simone and that she was just a crazed fan who became enraged when he asked for privacy. Epps denies punching her and at the time that cops were called, there was no physical signs that Simone had been punched. When Simone got home however, she noticed her jaw had swollen tremendously and she took pics to prove it.
Isn’t Mike Epps the same one who threatened his daughter? I actually wouldn’t put it passed him if he did sock the lady in the face. Looks like her jaw is swollen to me and unless she pulled a “Thin Line Between Love & Hate” orange in a sock stunt, it’s not looking too good for Day Day.
