Mike Vick Upset Riley Cooper Did Not Text Him Back

Mike Vick is upset with Riley Cooper for not texting him back after congratulating him on his new contract. You may remember Riley Cooper being caught on camera hurling racial slurs at security guard during a country music concert in Philadelphia last year. One of the first ones to come to his defense was Michael Vick. “I just hope he’s [appreciative] of my boldness to step out in front of the world and say what I said,” Vick told ESPN New York, “and he appreciates what I did and understands the magnitude of it, because nobody else was going to step up and say anything.”

He also mentions in the interview, an incident with Cooper that rubbed him the wrong way saying, “After he signed his contract, I sent him a text and I never got a text back and that made me feel a certain type of way.” Go figure a man who was caught on camera hurling the N-word wouldn’t text a black man back.
