Well he'll be getting snitched on he should have just said no comment he dragging the guy... I'm not believing none of this first where did the guy get the $$$ to buy these pounds from and second I was taught don't get in nobody's car/let them in your car if you don't know what they have in their pockets so I know damn well he knew

Last week Nelly's tour bus got stopped in Texas where border patrol officers found 36 packs of heroin, ten pounds of weed and a loaded gun [click here if you missed that].

Immediately one of Nelly's bodyguards stepped up and claimed the stash, but apparently our designated weed carrier has had a change of heart...

According to reports Brian Keith Jones pleaded not guilty to drug possession charges on Friday and was released on bond early Saturday morning.

Meanwhile Nelly insists he had no idea there were drugs and guns on his bus.

Nelly's doing all this talking b/c he's happy to be in the news again for something other than being the camera man for TI's kids mini-movie. (sorry boo,lol)

@MS.UCNGE yeah that's Ashanti over there. She probably thinking about who she can date next, b/c if Nelly goes down please believe she jumping ship (you saw how she did Irv and JaRule).

Now it all makes sense, how Nelly use to say it was Ashanti who didn't want the labels and marriage, she has to be able to "move" if s*** gets too hot. I remember Nelly's crew admitting that he use to sell drugs (pre-Country Grammar days). She knew what was up. I see you 'Shanti.

But don't be eyeballing Kenny Burns either Ashanti, I saw you look over there.
