Ochocinco Won't Sign The Divorce Papers
Oh dear Chad, let that woman go!
According to TMZ
Chad Johnson DESPERATELY wants to stay married to his estranged wife Evelyn Lozada, so much so he's refusing to sign any divorce docs ... this according to sources close to the couple.
As TMZ first reported, Evelyn filed for divorce three days after Chad allegedly head-butted her during an argument. The incident that led to his arrest and Evelyn receiving stitches.
Sources close to Chad tell TMZ ... he won't sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. We're told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back ... as evidenced by the fact he recently tattooed her face on his leg.
But Chad's plan isn't exactly bulletproof -- under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval.
Sources tell us Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We're told she's ready to move on and rebuild her life.
Remember folks, Evelyn filed for divorce right after the headbutt incident. I don't know if this is for attention anymore. She's trying to get out and he's trying to hold on. This seems a bit odd to me.

TYPICAL of an abusive man. They will beat ur azz and then tomorrow be soooo sorry and go to lengths to make u believe they are sincere......all until he taps that azz again. AND it gets worse every time u go back. I say keep moving forward Eve. This fool will seriously kill her. And i am kinda shocked how so many people, women especially don't believe other women when they say they are being abused. That s*** is real and no woman wants to admit that because ultimately it makes them think they "look stupid" for even being a victim in a situation like this. So if a woman says it AND she is actively tryna separate herself from the man, do your friend, sister, mother, daughter a favor and BELIEVE HER.

The fact that she filed for divorce and he still goes and get a tattoo of her face and says she still is going to be his wife or still is his wife made me think that he is definitely unstable.

Also it doesn't matter what he says or will/won't sign. They have no kids, she's probably not going to ask for money, and the divorce is ending because of violence. The judge will grant her a divorce.
