RELATIONSHIPS - BALLER ALERT WHY CAN'T I KEEP A MAN?

When you're in your twenties there is never a problem with getting a man but the issue comes in when you want to keep him. There are so many things competing for you man's time, school, work , his momma,his boys(particularly his single friends), the girl who acts like she is just a friend, and other woman in general. These things never change but what can change is you. How you react to different circumstances can make him draw to you and devote a little less time to other things begging for his attention.

First you need to try and get a better understanding of your guy in general. Stop trying to impress him so much and take the time to listen. This way you will find out if he likes to talk on the phone or not. What he spends most of his time doing his hobbies and etc. Learning about your man can be a key factor in your relationship. For instance, if your man doesn't like to talk on the phone a lot don't and all of a sudden he starts calling you a lot this could mean a number of things, he might be dealing with some issues and would like to get his mind of by talking to you so be mindful of these things! When you are there for your man he'll see you than just someone he is currently having sex with.

Next once you get an understanding of him don't try to push your thoughts of what he should be! If you know he doesn't like to talk on the phone stop calling so much its annoying! If you think he spends too much time with his boys try to tag along on the next fight they go see, let him know you can hang too! His momma is NEVER going away so if you don't like her just find a way to either get a long with her or avoid her! If he has a friend in his life thats a girl and it's obvious that she likes him don't remind him of how much she is always around or how much you hate her. Every time you bring her up thats one more time during the day that he will think of her. Once he starts liking you more he'll be able to tell that you don't like his gal pal and will respect you enough to not bring her around as much. Last but not least NEVER talk to him about his job!!! Unless it's illegal!

Another thing you can do to always keep your man wanting to talk to you and be around you is not be so available. If every time he calls you answer and every time he wants to chill you're not busy he's always gonna think you'll be there no matter what. This opens up opportunities for him to put you on the back burner for a new girl he met, or for him to play the play station with his boys instead of a romantic evening with you. When you're not always available it keeps him on his toes.

Lastly be yourself! Guys hate when they start liking you for a certain reason and then find out you're the complete opposite. The truth will come out eventually.
