Sheree Whitfield Wins $75,000 Child Support Case Against Ex-Husband
Yes!!! Now Sheree can get here kids off those air mattresses and on to some real furniture! The She by Sheree fashion designer has just struck gold after a long and very public child support battle with her ex-husband Bob Whitfield. When it looked like Rob had the upper hand, Sheree proved victorious.
A Judge has ordered Bob Whitfield to cough up $75,000 in overdue child support by November 11, 2012 or face consequences. That's not all, Whitfield must also pay an additional $1,000 per month for the next 12 months before the court will revert his payments back to their original amount. Bob, who currently owes close to $81k in back support admits that he has neglected to pay over 38 months in payments claiming he didn't have the money. When he asked courts to lower his $2,142 monthly payments, his request was denied.
Congrats Sheree!! Imagine all the Birkin bags you can buy with that money!

Tone, this is BACK child support. Meaning the money has been spent and he is paying her back. She can really do whatever she pleases with this money considering one of the kids is grown and living on her own now.

@ Tone He NEVER paid any child support so how do you know what she'll spend it on???? It sounds like whatever money she spent on RHOA was her own. He didnt spend any money on his kids for 3 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!! If she didnt buy them kids nothing but bologna and flip-flops, it was more than he bought them.

@ Tone: you are using the same logic that the average dude, including Sheree's ex-husband used--and look where it got him. Stop worrying about *how* she spends the money. Like the other ppl have said, WHATEVER she spends it on is her business: cuz she is feeding, clothing & housing those kids everyday. I don't care if she buys their clothes at Walmart and feeds em chicken nuggets, they are still getting more from her than they ever got from their sorry a$$ father. Women do not impregnate themselves: dudes need to pay up. Period.
