Singer Miguel Arrested For DUI

“How Many Drinks” singer, Miguel, was arrested for DUI early this morning in L.A. The California Highway Patrol officers initially pulled over the 27-year-old singer’s 2013 BMW X6 for speeding and tinted windows on an L.A. freeway around 2:15 a.m.

During the stop, the officers noticed the singer smelled like booze and proceeded to perform various field sobriety tests, which he failed. He also took a breathalyzer and blew a .10 and .11 which is over the legal limit.

Miguel, real name Miguel Jontel Pimentel was then arrested for DUI and taken to a nearby station where he was booked and released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. Miguel hasn’t commented on the arrest, but he’s scheduled to appear in court in September.
