Steve Francis Gets Strangled With His Own Chain During Concert

It seems like every time I see a video of Steve Francis these days, he’s getting choked out by Stephen Jackson, or taking champagne showers in the middle of the dance floor. There always seems to be some craziness surrounding Franchise and it’s quite sad. Today is no different. 

Footage of the former NBA All Star getting choked out by his own chain over the weekend has hit the web. On Saturday night, Steve Francis attended the Sauce Twinz “In Sauce We Trust” concert at Warehouse Live in Houston, TX. 

Witnesses tell Day & A Dream, Steve Francis repeatedly grabbed the microphone during the concert to tell the crowd about his $100 million in earnings over his NBA career and continuously interrupted the show. This eventually led to a scuffle on stage and someone came after Franchise from behind, attempting to snatch his chain, but when it wouldn’t come off, inevitably ended up choking Francis with his own jewelry. 

For the record, the man who attempted to take Steve Francis’ chain was not a member of the Sauce Twinz. I do suspect their iTunes sales and Youtube streams are about to go way up, though.
