Could Apollo be avoiding jail time by becoming an informant? According to TMZ, as part of his plea deal, Apollo agreed to act in an “undercover investigative capacity” for the feds. He has also agreed to allow the feds to record his conversations with other accomplices and alleged criminals. Even worse, the entire plea deal is public record and is blasted all over the blogs so who is going to talk to him?
Chile, Apollo is gonna get his entire family killed.
Apollo returns to court in July for sentencing. He faces up to 30 years. Hopefully his snitching is worth it.
