Stiviano must now return $2.6 million in property and cash given to her by Donald Sterling. This includes the cash for her Los Angeles duplex, her Ferrari, Bentley, Range Rover and all other lavish gifts she was given by Donald during their 3 year affair. Would have been easier to just not sit next to Magic Johnson, to be honest.

“We’re thrilled with the victory,” Shelly Sterling’s lawyer Pierce O’Donnell says, “She was the quintessential conniving mistress taking advantage of an older, vulnerable man.”

According to The NY Daily News, Judge Richard Fruin concluded that Stiviano’s Spanish-style duplex on the outskirts of Beverly Hills was purchased with $1.78 million in Sterling community funds. It will be transferred to The Sterling Family Trust. V. Stiviano must also pay back $400,000 for the luxury cars and $430,000 in cash. According to Stiviano’s lawyer, they plan to appeal.
