Wives Of Charlotte Bobcats Players Arrested For Trying To Rob Woman At Bar

Four people including Tyrus Thomas' wife Jamie Patrice Thomas and Ben Gordan’s fiancee Sascha Smith, were arrested Thursday morning after two fights broke out at a party Chris Paul was hosting at the NC Music Factory in Charlotte.

Thomas was charged with DWI, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and resisting a public officer.

Thomas and three other women tried to rob another woman of her cell phone and purse before hitting a security guard at the scene, according to the police report.

When officers arrived, Thomas was in a car in the parking lot and tried to leave the scene, hitting a security guard with her car for the second time, police said.

Charlotte police then had to force Thomas out of the vehicle.

"Officers gained entry to the vehicle by breaking the driver window. Officers were able to open the door after breaking the window," CMPD said in a statement. "A female inside of the vehicle, Shassity Stevenson, began pulling Thomas back inside of the vehicle away from the officers. During the struggle officers had to utilize force in order to extract Thomas from the vehicle via the driver’s side door of the vehicle."

While officers were at the scene a separate fight broke out resulting in two more arrests. Michael Bernard Noel, 31, was charge with communicating threats, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Vanny Phillip McNeil, 32, was charged with resisting an officer.

An ad for the party on Facebook shows Paul hosted the event with Kaya Jones of the Pussycat Dolls.

Judging by the mug shots these poor girls lost the fight. Lord have mercy be a paramedic!

Let me tell you what I think really happened. I don't think they tried to "rob" the girl per se. What they probably did was pull a Tami Roman and take her personal items for whatever reason. Maybe they were already arguing, maybe they were bullying, but I doubt it was because they needed her money. Granted these girls are certified hood rats and their behavior proves it. I guess this shows that class really isn't necessary when snagging a baller. Take that down in your notes ladies.

my second thought reading the description of what happened, is how frightening and traumatizing it must be to have went through all of that, hoodrat or no, i don't think anyone pictures the police breaking in your window and attempting to forcibly remove you from your vehicle, like really WHAT THE F***?!! nowhere in there does it say that they pulled out a gun or the intended target turned around and whooped their a**** and they answered by setting the bar on fire....none of them are ugly, the security guards and police at the scene couldn't just let it go? it must be hard for them to attempt to go to another party/trust an authority figure ever again -end rant-

Not just that but she tried to run security over. A car is considered a weapon just like a gun is. They could have fired into her car if they REALLY wanted to.

@enuff i don't think i sound stupid, i'm just speaking from experience. i've been in my share of scenarios where i was drinking and things got out of hand or some "friends" point a girl out to say she disrespected me and i need to lay hands on her [i mean who hasn't?!], and every single time the cops/security let me go with a talk/a pat on the back, or even a police escorted ride home even if they got in the middle and got slapped in the face, i've never ever seen it get to this point. i mean how fast could she really have been going when she bumped him with the car?

And the Music Factory is the LAST PLACE to start s*** for several reasons.... WET WILLIES is in the music factory, Charlotte cops are b****** when it comes to drinking and driving... You take one sip and they're gonna breathalyze your ass.... Cops are always on the scene on the weekends at the music factory and uptown....I could go on and on about this s***..... It irks every fcuk outta me

Not because of the what happened but bc of these mugshots and from what i was told now "certain" teams are gonna have caps on what they can do before or even after games such as hosting parties bc of this or fines will be issued.
