Hungarian born actress, Zsa Zsa Gabor, was rushed to the hospital Monday, just days after her 99th birthday. Frederic von Anhalt, Gabor’s husband, says that the legendary actress was taken to the emergency room after she complained of having trouble breathing.
According to TMZ, Zsa Zsa Gabor is suffering from an infection related to her feeding tube. Zsa Her doctor came to her home and removed mucus from her throat but when that was not effective, he recommended Zsa Zsa be admitted into an LA hospital to undergo surgery and have her breathing tube removed.
Zsa Zsa Gabor has dealt with several health issues over recent years. She was partially paralyzed in 2002 following a car accident, suffered a stroke in 2005, broke her right hip and suffered a concussion in 2010 and in 2011, had her right leg amputated after antibiotics failed to clear up an infection. She has not been seen in public in years.
